Environment



National Park “De Meinweg”, amidst which you will find Boshotel Vlodrop, is a unique nature reserve known for its terraced landscape featuring steep transitions between terraces, a geological formation one can’t find anywhere else in The Netherlands. In the Meinweg area the combination of forests, heaths, fens and creek valleys makes for an exceptionally varied and interesting landscape. The entire area is surrounded on three sides by Germany and is a part of the German-Dutch border-park of Maas-Swalm-Nette. De Meinweg has a surface area of approximately 1800 hectares, allowing any visitor to explore it for hours both on foot and bicycle. Both pre-arranged routes through this immense area and rental bikes are available in Boshotel Vlodrop.

    The swimming pool, pool sauna, hot tub, children's pool and fitness are open every day from 08:00 - 23:00.


    Treatments are available by appointment from Tuesday to Sunday.

  • Is booking for beauty treatments necessary?

    Yes. We recommend you book your beauty treatments early.

  • Do I need to make a reservation for the sauna?

    No, reservations are not required.


    There is 1 Finnish sauna (swimwear required) in the pool area.

    This is free to use for all hotel guests.


    There is also an intimate sauna area (nude part).

    With Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, outdoor sauna, infrared cabins, footbaths, rain shower and relaxation area.

    Day passes are available at the reception.

  • Do I need to make a reservation for the swimming pool?

    No, to use the swimming pool, pool sauna, children's pool and whirlpool you do not need to book.

  • Is parking available at the hotel?

    Parking is free in the spacious car park near the hotel.

    Charging stations for electric vehicles are also available.
